Dr. Michael Hernandez
PT, DPT
Dr. Mike Hernandez, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and co-owner of Delta Performance and Rehab. A University of Miami graduate and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Medical Provider, Mike specializes in sports rehab, biomechanics, and return-to-performance training.
He works with athletes and golfers to optimize movement, prevent injury, and bridge the gap between rehab and high-level performance. Outside the clinic, Mike stays active with weightlifting, running, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, bringing the same energy and focus to his work with clients.

Dr. Thairis Daumy
PT, DPT
Dr. Thai Daumy, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and co-owner of Delta Performance and Rehab. A University of Miami graduate, she specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation and whole-body mechanics, helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
Thai works with athletes, new moms, and anyone ready to regain confidence in their movement. Outside the clinic, she stays active through lifting, running, and exploring new ways to challenge both body and mind.
