Most pelvic floor programs treat the pelvic floor in isolation. At Delta, we look at the whole picture — how you move, how you load, and how your entire body is working together.

We understand that you don't want to slow down. You want to lift heavy, run, train, and live your life without worrying about symptoms. Our approach is built around your goals, your sport, and your lifestyle — not a generic protocol.

Cash-pay, no insurance limits, no double-booking. Just focused, one-on-one care that actually moves the needle.

Your first visit is a full 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with Dr. Thai. She'll review your symptoms, history, movement patterns, and goals to understand the full picture — not just the complaint.

Depending on your condition, Dr. Thai may recommend an internal pelvic floor assessment to evaluate muscle tone and coordination. This is always optional, fully explained beforehand, and only performed with your complete consent.

You'll leave with a clear diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and a path forward.
